Pea shoots are sweet, crisp, crunchy, and have a fresh pea taste.  These young shoots possess concentrated nutrition and blood cleansing properties. They're a good source of beta carotene, vitamin C, folate, and fiber.  We use a diluted sea salt solution that contains a full spectrum of trace minerals to water our greens.  When plants take in these inorganic minerals, they add a carbon atom to them, making them organic.  You then benefit from receiving these trace minerals in their bio-available organic form.
